Winter Captain

At the height of Tsar Alexander's reign, amidst the grandeur of imperial Russia, the fate of two souls becomes entwined in a tale of passion, betrayal, and redemption.

Alisa Guseva, once a revered noblewoman, now lives in the shadows, condemned by high society for a crime she did not commit. Shunning the lavish gatherings of St. Petersburg, she devotes herself to rescuing abandoned children, seeking solace in a purpose greater than herself.

Alexei Yakov, a loyal officer of the imperial army, awaits execution in the bleak confines of Trubetskoy prison, betrayed by those he once trusted. As darkness closes in, an unexpected saviour emerges-Alisa, a woman defined by kindness and resilience, who offers him a second chance at life.

Bound by circumstance yet torn by desire, Alexei struggles between his thirst for vengeance and the growing devotion he feels for Alisa. Can love heal wounds carved by betrayal? Or will the ghosts of the past shatter any hope of a future together?
