About the Author

Engineer Doctor Abid Ali Minhas did his PhD in Electrical Engineering, with highest honour, from Technical University Graz, Austria. He has sixteen years of research/ industrial and teaching experience. He is Head of a research group (Wireless Communications) and Assistant Professor at Bahria University, Islamabad Campus, Pakistan.
