Dr. Kumudu Munasinghe: Holds a Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, Australia. He currently holds the prestigious Australian Postdoctoral Fellowship (APD) awarded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) and attached to the Wireless Networking Group (WiNG) at the University of Sydney.
