The pages are tanned but clean. There is a name written on the last page. There is a small soil spot on the back cover. The cover has a few small soil spots. The spine has light end wear and some small tears near the staples. Illustrated. 47 pages. There is no date of publication in the book, however Melvin Larson finished his term as Commissioner in 1959 and there is a mention in the book about the point system being established in 1956 so it must be from the late 1950s.
