Pictorial boards with photo portraits of Carl Sandburg on front and rear, 64 pp., photo illustrations. Stated: "Limited Edition" on front cover. In addition to the cover article on the poet-historian, Carl Sandburg, articles cover The Story of the Encyclopedia Americana, art, education, medicine, history, music, psychology, sociology and theatre. Facsimile signatures of well-known historical figures in an article on handwriting analysis, may prove useful to collectors. Spine strip is very worn, especially at the ends. The front and rear boards are in nice condition. Text is unmarked and clean with a tight binding.
