The Wish Come True Cat

Holly sees a falling star and wishes for a kitten, but what appears on her windowsill is a scruffy cat named Tom--not what she meant at all--but Tom doesn't think he is a mistake and eventually his persistence pays off.

Ragnhild Scamell was born in Denmark but soon found her way to England, where to date she has written a dozen chldren's books for a variety of publishers. She and her husband with their pet cats and English Sheepdog live and work in England's Kent countryside, near the famous cathedral town of Canterbury.

Gaby Hansen was born and received her art training in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has lived and worked in London since 1998, and has illustrated both school text books and juvenile stories.
