Kenneth Meier is the Charles H. Gregory Chair in Liberal Arts and Distinguished Professor of Political Science, Texas A&M University. Bernard Grofman is the Jack W. Peltason (Bren Foundation) Endowed Chair in the Department of Political Science, University of California, Irvine.
