Ace mass paperback, 2nd printing Jan. 1973 (stated), ISBN: 9780441901920, Ace #90192. 158 pages, cover art by Roy G. Krenkel, Jr. 12mo (4.25" x 7") Actually, Ace is sloppy in their printings with this book: the 2nd printing was # 90191 and sold for 75 cents. This is probably the 3rd printing, with no change in the printings on the copyright page; cover price 95 cents. The printing date is probably mid-1970s. This is an omnibus of the novelette The Wizard of Venus, the novel Pirate Blood, an essay by Richard A. Lupoff about The Wizard of Venus, with Edgar Rice Burroughs' original Foreward; and an essay by Donald A. Wollheim about Pirate Blood. The Wizard of Venus is the final work in the Venus (Carson Napier) series, and Pirate Blood is a stand-alone work.
