234 pp May 1930 reprint., hinges weak, spine sellotaped. But, loosely inserted: 1. A photo image, postcard size, of "Roland House Scout Centre, London. E1 3LA.", and 2. A typed letter dated 1st September 1982 on Roland House headed writing paper. Text of 30 lines explaining the future and closure of the House, and signed in ink "Lord Baden-Powell". At this time B-P was Chairman, Board of Management for the Roland House Scout Centre in London EC1, left in Trust to The Scouting Association by a Roland Phillips. The signatory must be one of two of Lord Baden-Powell's three sons.either Robert Crause Baden-Powell (b. 1936) (later 3rd Baron Baden-Powell). or David Michael Baden-Powell (b. 1940) (current heir to the title).
