From the gunning down of a pastor to domestic violence; from rampage shootings at a youth meeting to dealing with the belligerent drug addict; from child molesters to the cutting of the throat of the founder of the Taize Community during a worship service; violence has already breached the walls of our churches. This book presents a three-fold scheme of protection from violence as it explores the spiritual, the psychological, and the physical spheres of protection educating the reader on what to look out for and giving practical insights into how to intervene before violence occurs.
