Hardcover in acceptable condition. No jacket. Ex-library. With prefatory letter from President Roosevelt. Boards and spine are marked and tanned. Leading corners, edges and spine ends are bumped and worn. Minor nicks on spie head. Shelf mark on spine foot. Page block and pages are tanned and marked. Labels on front pastedown, FEP and copyright page. Penned presentation note on FEP. Tape remains on front pastedown hinge. FEP and half title page are detached but laid-in. Page 99 is partially detached and torn. Binding is exposed between a few pages. Text is clear throughout. HCW.
