That is why the social reform for women started by formation of the women's groups which are concentrating on creating network and linking them with the social system more meaningfully. The situation has changed tremendously in last two decades at least for some section of the society. There is a great hope for encompassing a larger mass through use of modern communication technologies. However though having powerful traditional communication system existed in the society they were under the control of section which consists of more men. Similarly the technology is also feared to be controlled by the same section of the society but have certain basic features which have inherent capacity to allow more freedom and democracy. Women have started encashing these aspects for their own benefits. Thus in social networking the technology has a special place which is undoubtedly being reflected in the book.
