Sheila is a native Chicagoan and attended Roosevelt University in Chicago. She is a small business development advisor and a job developer. She founded Professional Prodigy Inc. (PPI) in January of 1997, with the belief that she could make a difference. She has taught and spoken at many workshops and seminars; teaching personal development to individuals through education and training for both career opportunities and entrepreneurship. Sheila teaches with passion and is both dynamic and enthusiastic. She delivers a motivational and inspirational message on economic empowerment to audiences throughout the U.S. Her mission is to Promote, Educate, Empower and Raise Awareness on the subject of Entrepreneurship.

She recently spoke at the Marriott’s Strictly Business Entrepreneur Expo in Atlanta. Her electrifying speech ignited the audience to give her a standing ovation. She says "In order to be successful you must become innovative or become a thing of the past. In these unstable, uncertain, economical times, innovation and imagination are essential to survival."

Sheila is a motivational speaker that you won’t soon forget. She appeared on WVON’s Radio Station "Movers and Shakers" segment and was also recognized by Proviso-Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. for helping to forge a partnership with Anna Marie Sloan of American Mailers. This partnership helped to place more than 80 local residents in long-term employment.

She has created a firm that is able to create long-term economic stability, professional, and personal development for individuals through education and training. Because, Sheila recognizes that education and training is a vital part of the community and is the key to success, she has created a series of workshops for entrepreneurs and business professionals.
