Pamphlet in excellent condition, slight foxing along top edge, minor chipping of cover. An early publication in the UK on the then trivialised issue of rape and the endemic violence against women of all kinds. Six women write of their own experiences of rape and violence in marriage, as Black women, as sex workers, as lesbians - and of campaigns beginning to fight back against the laws and social attitudes to rape.
