The cheeky, curious fox finds boredom in the day-to-day predictability of the forest he knows as home. Despite the admiration of other woodland creatures, he decides to venture far, only to be enamored by bigger animals than himself. The bears and wolf along this new path are in want of friendship but the fox soon becomes aware that there are both good and bad motives behind their advances. He begins to wonder if he should engage or find his way back to his delightful den.

Told as a tale of old and brought to life by the author's whimsical illustrations, Of Wonder and Delight is a modern fable about community, connection, and the value of coming home.
