I Am Wonderfully Made

I Am Wonderfully Made, written by Kimberly Barrett Luttery and illustrated by Nicole Collie-Jamison, is a book that focuses on helping children learn to love themselves unconditionally. The main character Nia shares with readers everything that she loves about herself from her head to her feet, inside and out.

I Am Wonderfully Made was written to encourage children to embrace the unique individuals that they are. Building confidence and self-esteem starts at a young age, and this book can be used as a tool to support that. Every child has her and his own gifts, talents, and strengths. The positive images and affirmations on each page were designed to help foster confidence, and the desire is that each child who reads it will see that everything about them is beautiful and wonderful.

This colorful picture book appeals to children ages 3 - 8 years old, but older children and adults will love it as well. The simplicity of the language is perfect for reading aloud as a bedtime or anytime story. It is the second release in a series of stories for children about life and love with universal appeal.
