The Word Spider: The Adventures of Kurt Part One (The Word Spider Chronicles)

Continuing on from the great flood that threatened not only the creatures of the Kingdom but even those safe in the branches of Oakland, the last great tree.
Not everyone survived, and for Kurt this was just the beginning of his own great adventure. As the flood carried him across the wastelands, Kurt finds himself in a strange new land, with even stranger creatures.
Unfortunately, there are creatures who consume everything in their path and will stop at nothing on their march across the land.

Will Kurt and his new friends find a way back home to warn Alice and the others of this threat? Or will Arthur Artilus the general of the colony's army stop them.
