The Word of Y'Neshu: Way of J'Karo

Every step along the path reveals another curve. Every discovery that leads J'Kana into the light casts a shadow that lingers at the fringes of his vision and threatens to swallow him whole. With a touch, his newfound strength was shattered, and even as the chaos that fills Y'Neshu bites at his heels, he must forge himself anew in a clarity he has long been denied.

The Word of Y'Neshu: Way of J'Karo is a 105,000-word Pan-African fantasy novel that continues the story that began in Heart of the Ijeya. The world that blended linguistic and cultural aspects from across the African diaspora deepens as the power of language and culture grows beyond the complex phrasing of the first and into unique forms of storytelling and song with this second installment. Journey again into the vibrant environments untapped by the modern age, that mingle Y'Neshuan creatures with African legends, a world saturated by the soul-shaped magic of the Y'Neshuan people's Languages of Power and that serves as a love letter to everything that celebrates Black and African cultures. Y'Neshu is calling, much louder than before.
