Dr. Steve Roe is the Dean of Academic and Vocational Programs at Northern Lights College. He is the co-editor of the composition textbook Designs for Disciplines.

A gifted and popular instructor, Mark taught writing and computer classes at Northern Lights College for 29 years.

During his tenure at NLC, Mark also taught outreach courses for Vancouver Community College, the Open Learning Institute, and the University of Northern British Columbia.
