About the Authors

Rebecca R. Sametz has experience in non-profits, state/federal, and higher education as an administrator and faculty member. Currently, she serves as president for a national association that addresses the needs of individuals with disabilities.

LesLee Taylor has over 20 years of experience in higher education administration and as an educator. Previously, she served as president of a national specialty accreditor. She remains involved in program development, specialty accreditation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Sara P. Johnston has been employed for over 10 years in higher education as an educator and administrator. Previously, she was employed as a court reporter, owned and managed a small business, and served as the Americans with Disabilities Act Wisconsin project coordinator.
