Unmarked. Places the SWP (Socialist Workers Party) and YSA (Young Socialist Alliance) lawsuit against the government and the campaign to support it within its historical context. The SWP and YSA filed the lawsuit in 1973, charging government agencies with "illegal acts of blacklisting, harassment, electronic surveillance, burglary, mail tampering, and terrorism" against the socialist organizations.
