'David Baboulene is a story ninja!' Nick Wild, writer/director.
In this short book, David Baboulene explains the invaluable role of the step outline in managing a story development project. Using actual story examples and clear illustrations, he demonstrates its traditional use, updates it for contemporary story management and shows how it links your story inspiration and content to the story's power to grip. David then documents a complete step outline for Bella; a film story you can see grow from the first seed of an idea and carry through to view the final product on the 'big screen' which you can view for yourself, highlighting the key role of the step outline. This is an invaluable guide to every writer - including those who have used a step outline before, as this book also explores and embraces contemporary story psychology.
'David is a genius at script development!' Marc Zammit, producer.
