In the pages of this book, you will discover a comprehensive plan for regaining emotional balance after enduring abuse in childhood. The book is focused on sexual abuse, but the treatments can apply to other forms of abuse, whether emotional, physical, or through neglect. Hardarson shares a range of effective tools and strategies that aided him on his own journey from emotional turmoil to healing. He places particular emphasis on the crucial first step of self-awareness and provides guidance on rebuilding self-esteem, nurturing healthy relationships, and addressing the far-reaching impact of childhood trauma on all aspects of life.

With a blend of proven methods, originality, and compassion, Hardarson invites readers on a journey toward healing and recovery, one step at a time.
