Publication by Mexican-born French artist Ricardo Block, funded by Film in the Cities, the St. Paul-based media arts group established to teach junior and high-school students the arts of film, photography, and video founded in 1975. By the 1980s, the organization had pivoted to adult education and artists, as evidenced by Block's magazine featuring an important and notable group of contemporary artists, writers, and filmmakers. Issues include: No. 1. Contributors include: James Broughton, Willard van Dyke, Jonas Mekas, Stuart Klipper, Betty Hahn, Thomas F. Barrow, Robert W. Fichter, Jim Cabo, and Jane Brakhage. No. 2.
