Working with your chakras

Working with the energy system known as the chakras has long been part of Eastern esoteric teaching, which propounds that connecting with your chakras enables growth, healing and balance to take place in all areas of your being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This book explains that much chakra work is of a self-help nature, and sets out to show readers how they can do a great deal to change their lives through simple exercises and creative and colourful visualizations and meditations. Ruth White runs a counselling practice and workshops in the UK and Europe, including Russia and Hungary. Her other books include "Gildas Communicating", "Seven Inner Journeys", "The Healing Spectrum" and "A Question of Guidance".
