As policy makers increasingly focus on workplace learning as a way of improving organizational performance, the debate about the learning organization has grown. About the Author
Helen Rainbird is Professor of Industrial Relations at University College, Northampton and an Associate Fellow at the Industrial Relations Research Unit at the University of Warwick.
Alison Fuller is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Labour Market Studies at the University of Leicester.
Anne Munro is a Reader at the School of Management at Napier University.

Books are usually shipped within two working days. All of our books have a 14 or 30 day no hassle money back guarantee unless stated otherwise in the book's description. Item must be returned in the exact same condition that it was received. If your parcel is returned by the postal service due to being unclaimed, refused, or having an undeliverable or insufficient address, we will contact you to try and resolve the issue.
