About this Item

Published by the Booksellers, London, 1870. Featuring vibrant color plates, this particular edition is in wonderful condition- absolutely clean, unmarked and appears very, very carefully read if at all. The top stain is still a remarkably vivid red. The binding and hinges remains strong and supple, as do the pages. There is some light scattered foxing found on a few of the first 50 pages or so but very scattered. This is a wonderful example.
