The leather is rubbed along the edges and joints, and has a couple of chipped spots on the front cover. Light damp stains bottom text corners first few pages. Light scattered foxing to some of the contents. Last couple of pages are edge chipped. Fair. Gift book printed inscription label with spaces for writing located on the front past down. Label reads - "Premium for Piano (had written) Awarded to Morgan Kennedy (hand written) June 25th, 1850. Mount St. Mary's College, John McCaffrey (hand written) President.".
