It Works Deluxe Edition: A Clear, Definite, Common-Sense Plan of Accomplishment (Paperback or Softback)

Can THREE SIMPLE STEPS change your life? The answer is YES – and the method is so simple you won’t believe it. Until you try it…

The metaphysical classic It Works is one of the briefest yet most incredible catalysts for supercharging your life. Beloved by millions since 1926, this concise program delivers a three-step technique that can give you a renewed sense of progress and possibility in your career, finances, home, and anything that matters to you.

This new edition of It Works includes an introduction by popular voice of esoteric ideas Mitch Horowitz, who reveals the background of the book’s unnamed author, the sources of his ideas, and, most important, why they work.

Readable in just one sitting and actionable in just one minute, It Works may be one of the greatest discoveries of your life.

It Seems Too Good to Be True. Until You Try It…

“Gloriously succinct...the author distills the positive-thinking enterprise into a (deceptively) simple exercise of itemizing your desires in a list. If approached with maturity, this exercise amounts to a personal inventory-taking and a meaningful assessment of one’s true aims.” ―Mitch Horowitz, Time.com

Roy Herbert Jarrett, a Chicago salesman and ad man ― distills the positive-thinking enterprise into a (deceptively) simple exercise of itemizing your desires in a list in It Works!. Jarrett produced just one additional book, The Meaning of the Mark (1931), which extrapolates on the methods and ideas behind his shorter pamphlet.

A widely known voice of esoteric ideas, Mitch Horowitz is a writer-in-residence at the New York Public Library, lecturer-in-residence at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles, and the PEN Award–winning author of books including Occult America; One Simple Idea: How Positive Thinking Reshaped Modern Life; and The Miracle Club: How Thoughts Become Reality. Mitch is the author of G&D Media’s Napoleon Hill Success Course series, including The Miracle of a Definite Chief Aim; The Power of the Master Mind; and Secrets of Self-Mastery. Mitch also edits and narrates G&D’s Condensed Classics series.
