About this Item

Good, occasionally fair condition. There are some broken hinges to a couple of the volumes, leaving some of the gatherings slack. There is a touch of damp-staining to some of the covers. Slightly foxed. Decorative bookplate of D. R. Fyson to front endpaper. They smell a little musky. Publishers green cloth, decorated in embossed black and gilt. Cabinet edition. Published between 1878-1879.
