Twelve Volumes. Hardback, approx 9 x 6 inches. In fine leather bindings by ?Hatchards, Piccadilly,? Half bound green polished morocco leather to spines and corners, green cloth to boards. With raised banding, gilt lettering and gilt decorations to spines. Top page edges gilt. Marbled endpapers. In very good condition. Fading to spines and around edges of boards. Some slight minor rubbing to corners. Bookplates to endpapers ?A.R.? Binders stamps to corners of endpapers. Pages and plates all very clean and bright throughout, no foxing or spots. Page edges rough cut. Else a stunning set. 12 vols. Illustrations by George Curikshank, complete with B&W engraved plates, all with tissue guards. Seller Inventory # 93948
