Complete set of this extraordinarily scarce edition of the Works of James Kirke Paulding, edited by his son. Published by Scribner 1867/8. Books are in very good condition. Some fading to spines. Previous owners name signature to some title pages or free endpapers. Otherwise internally unmarked. This is the second and last edition of Pauldings works. The first edition was published by Harpers in the 1830s and is nearly impossible to find complete. For detailed information see Blanck, B.A.L. Vol. 7, Nos 15748-15752.
