Leather bound "A New Addition" published 1851. Light tan leather binding and boards. Most pages are clean with tight binding but the title page and frontispiece image has heavy foxing. The lettering on the spine has been carved deeper with pen and the front board looks to be reattached with an old method (very secure now and blends well). Gorgeous and bright gilt fore-edge.

I try my best to list each book as acurrately as possible since, like you, I appreciate the importance of condition when adding to a collection. All books with dust jackets will be protected with a mylar cover.

If I do not describe a book well enough or make an error in the listing I will refund you completely once the book has been returned to me. If the return is due to my error I will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping within the United States is free for all books. Shipping will be via media mail. I typically ship within 3 days. Each book will be carefully wrapped and protected for shipping. I use new materials and cover each book with bubble wrap before I set it safely into a larger box lined with new, soft, packaging paper.
