王维慎七岁习武、十八岁夺得重庆-四川武术擂台赛桂冠。抗战爆发后弃武从戎，解放战争中率部携军用物资起义。新政权初立，他历经坎坷：半生颠沛，以劳力谋生，却始终以武为命。1979年，六十五岁的他在上海校园重作"冯妇"，以武当松溪绝技示范而再度为世所识；其后撰写并公开松溪派资料，打破门规秘传，1989年出版《武当松溪派内家拳》，系统阐述源流、拳理、内功与医理，被武坛誉为承上启下之关键人物。1995年逝世之际，其抗战与起义事迹亦为官方与同侪所证。

本书不仅是武术史与近现代史的互证，更是一部关于"理解与和解"的家庭记忆录。作者以学理的严谨与亲情的温度，呈现一个武者的技与德、荣与辱、沉潜与复出，亦回答何以在漫长的误读之后，重新认识一个父亲、一代人，以及他们与国家、民族、武学相互成就的历史。

Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence.
