About the author Gethin is an award-winning psychologist who has been helping some of the world’s largest organisations to improve their employee experience and wellbeing for more than two decades. In 2023 he was named as one of the world’s most influential HR thinkers and in 2024 Author of the Year. Gethin was also recently awarded two prestigious Stevie’s awards in New York; A gold for HR Thought Leader of the Year 2024 and a silver for HR Professional of the Year. Gethin was also awarded ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Industry’ at the 2024 PwC The Rewards as well as ‘Industry Influencer 2024’ at the Incentive Awards.
