Small quarto, 27.5 cm x 21.5 cm, 240 pp. This work has some toning and spine stress but the spine is not broken. The right side of the cover has a small wave but is barley noticeable. There is also a small stain on the upper left of the cover. This edition contains essays by Patricia A. Emison, Stephen H. Goddard, and Janey L. Levy while containing contributions by Henry Fullenwider and Andrew Stevens.
