About the Author

Multiple award winning photographer Yoshiaki Nagashima was inspired as a young man by the black and white photo anthology and exhibit "The Family of Man."  He committed then to spending three months every year traveling the world and capturing color pictures of people.  His curated library extended to over 20,000 pictures.  Nagashima-san has supported his family and his travels through his professional commercial photo work from his home base in Osaka, Japan.

Robert White met Nagashima-san during his 14 years resident in Japan and was inspired to publish his work and write the essays preceding each section of "One World One People."  White is a serial entrepreneur in the human potential training business.  Companies he founded and led include Lifespring, ARC International and currently Extrarordinary People with a combined graduate base of over one million people worldwide.  Robert White is a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation, a Fellow of the World Business Academy and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation and Plant It 2020.  He also wrote the best selling personal growth book "Living an Extraordinary Life."
