Eduard Vallory is Visiting Scholar at New York University, USA, after having been Director of the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, Catalonia-Spain. He has been Research Fellow of Fitzwilliam College at the University of Cambridge, UK, and he served as Chief of Staff of the Ministry for Universities and Research of the Government of Catalonia. He holds a PhD from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Catalonia-Spain, and an MA from the University of Chicago, USA. He was International Commissioner of Catalan Scouting.
