"This is a copy number of a limited edition of 1250 copies".m It highlights the spirit and culture of rugby union, featuring contributions in English, French, and Italian. First edition and printing. In fine bright, smart purple cloth boards, with silver titles to spine. The boards are very flat, firm and clean and the edges are stable. The end papers are illustrated with blue and white drawings of a rugby game and are unmarked. The text block is illustrated with many black and white and colour photos and drawings. The pages are glossy and tightly bound, even and very clean. No dedications etc. Fine condition. In near fine pictorial dust jacket with dark image of man with rugby ball on orange and grey background and white tiltes.The jacket is unmarked and tight fitting and not clipped. Very heavy. Store description

Clevedon Community Bookshop, co-operatively owned, opened on 31 December 2011 and now has a general stock of approximately 20,000 books. Our Bookshop is in Copse Road in Clevedon and is open every day of the week except Mondays, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. The Bookshop Co-operative comprises nearly 650 members from around the world and was set up to stop the only second-hand bookshop in our town from closing. The benefit of being a member/shareholder is only social: no-one benefits financially. All profits are used to improve the bookshop and its stock, and, through events, to contribute to the literacy and literary profile of our town.
