An excerpt from the introduction on page 3 of the book: “Journaling, to me, encompasses a wide variety of formats. I use journaling as a form of worship. It requires and calls me to action; writing, drawing, gluing, painting, assembling, seeing, collecting, feeling, printing, and most importantly, praising. You won’t find the word “journaling” in a standard dictionary. It should be! Journaling is the act of using a paper-filled book for what you are called to do at that moment, create! Use this book, “Worship Journal Workshop- A How to Book of Journaling for the Artist and Non-Artist Alike” as a jumping off point, to inspire you, to call you to create. So, enjoy the project, and let’s journal now! Go, and be inspired.” This book is written from a Christian perspective and contains Biblical quotations. Originally published in 2017, updated in 2024.
