The Worst Cook in the World

In a dusty little Australian town, seventy-eight-year-old Myrtle O'Shea has a reputation and it's not a flattering one. Her cooking is legendary for all the wrong reasons. Her "Mystery Stew" has raised eyebrows, her lemonade defies logic, but her smoke alarm likes a bit of a challenge.

So when Myrtle and her equally sharp-tongued friends film a cooking video as a joke, no one expects it to explode online, but the internet does what it does best.

The Worst Cook in the World becomes a global sensation, drawing millions of viewers who are not there for the recipes, but for the laughter, the friendship, and the comfort of watching people who are unapologetically themselves.

Warm, hilarious, and deeply human, The Worst Cook in the World is a feel-good novel about friendship, ageing boldly, accidental fame, and the joy of being gloriously imperfect. It's a celebration of community, second chances and the idea that it's never too late to start something ridiculous and wonderful.

Perfect for fans of uplifting fiction, small-town charm, and stories that leave you smiling long after the last page. This is the book that everyone will be recommending with the words: "You just have to read this."
