In good condition. Light wear to extremities with scuffing along corners and hinges. Light cracking at joints. Slight dryness along end bands. Gilt finishing rubbed but intact. Gilt finishing quite delicate and lovely. Marbled end papers. Toning and splotchy foxing to end papers. Offsetting from plates. Tissue guards intact. Binding intact. Nice! Please see photos. The first American gift book - this collection has no American authors.
