Typescript (Roneo or Gestetner copy) in heavy black spiral binding, 198 pp. Blue soft wrap. A VG/f copy. This copy states at rear: "Further copies from Stephanie Batstone, 19, Riverside Close, Wallington, Surrey SM6 7DH". £8.00. We believe this is one of a number of pre-publication copies from the manuscript, as her first UK edition is given as 1994 (by Parapress), eight years later. Page numbers handwritten, black spiral binding. Long signed typescript letter from the Author loosely inserted regarding a possible TV appearance.dated 1987. Store description

We are a general High Street bookstore on four floors at the very heart of Lyme Regis, offering a range of 42,000 books from 50 pence to £500. The stock is continuously updated. We also stock some maps, art prints, film posters and some book association items. Mechanical music is our specialty, especially player-pianos. The store staff comprises three colleagues...Bob & Mariko Speer, and Jessica Easter. Our opening hours are 10.30 am to 5.30 pm seven days a week. Overnight bed and breakfast accommodation may be booked in advance, by e-mailing us. We offer a friendly efficient service and welcome all telephone and e-mail inquiries.
