Meg Files has taught creative writing for thirty years. She now teaches at Pima College in Tucson, Arizona, and administers an annual writer's retreat through Colorado Mountain College. Her short stories, articles, essays and poems have been published in numerous literary magazines as well as large-circulation publications.
