Dr. Sanjay Saxena is B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, and PhD in Business Administration. With 27 years of global experience in corporate and academia, currently he is CEO at multinational consultancy company "Extract Business Solutions" which is a world-wide consortium of experts providing strategic management consultancy and training to many business enterprises. Dr. Saxena has given more than 200 workshops on Strategic Management, Leadership Dynamics, Selling Dynamics, Supply Chain Management, Emotional Intelligence, Transactional Analysis, and Life Management Skills at various organizations in India and abroad. His book entitled 'Leadership' published from PHI got mammoth appreciation from entrepreneurs.

Dr. Purnima Awasthi is B.A, M.A (Clinical Psychology & Psychopharmacology), and PhD in Health Psychology. With 18 years of national and international experience in teaching and research, currently she is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Faculty of Social Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. She is coordinator of PG Diploma in Counseling, Guidance and Psychological Intervention. Dr. Purnima is health psychology expert and has published more than 50 research papers in the journals of national and international repute. She has delivered scores of Invited Lectures in National and International Conference/ Seminar/ Workshop and Symposia. She has successfully supervised and produced 4 PhDs in the field of health psychology, and 4 more research scholars are pursuing their PhD studies under her supervision. Dr. Purnima has effectively completed a research project funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR).
