About the Author
Jane Dorner is an experienced author, web designer, editor and speaker. She has published eighteen books, as sole and co-author and has written extensively for the media and for scholarly journals on a wide variety of subjects. Her publications include The Internet: A Writer's Guide (A and C Black, 2001), One Step Ahead: Writing for the Internet, and Creative Web Writing (A and C Black, 2002). John Seely, the series editor of the One step Ahead series, is an experienced author and teacher of English who has worked in education at all levels from primary school to university. His publications include The Oxford English Programme, The Oxford guide to Writing and Speaking, and Everyday Grammar.
