Written In Star Light

Written in Star Light (Second Edition) is a poetry collection built from love, memory, and the kind of devotion that survives the hard days. With intimate, plainspoken verse, Alexander Tokar turns real moments into keepsakes-soft reflections, late-night prayers, and the quiet promises we make to the people who feel like home.

This revised and corrected edition brings a cleaner reading experience while keeping the heart of the book intact: poems for Jennifer, Teresa, and Devyn, followed by closing reflections that linger like starlight. For anyone who has ever loved deeply, healed slowly, or needed words that feel like a hand held in the dark, Written in Star Light offers comfort, gratitude, and hope.

Alexander Tokar is a poet and writer from Indiana. His work explores love, devotion, grief, and redemption through intimate, memory-driven verse.
