About the Author
Gunnar Roxen is a work of fiction. Half-English, half-Swedish Gunnar grew up in the forested heartlands of Sweden. Raised with the myths and sagas, he grew up with the sense of freedom learned while tracking elk in the northern forests. In the UK he gained his passion for exploring. Old train stations, abandoned hospitals, and crumbling films sets were fertile hunting grounds for his imagination. In another life Gunnar has been a games designer, serial entrepreneur, an activist, a science communicator and a whole lot of trouble. Gunnar lives in Oxford with his wonderful wife and two cats. Gunnar Roxen is the pen name for the detective fiction of Gobion Rowlands.
