XYLANASE- Production and Optimization

Xylanase-enzyme having wide usage in various industries from food sector to the paper industry. This book is the outcome of various experiments which were carried out using various agricultural waste for the production of this enzyme and its optimization , so that we can get a maximum output. The book describes the various usage of the enzyme and the materials and methods for the production of the enzyme, it also contains the literature survey and the eminent work which was done in past related to this enzyme.

Nitin Kumar Singh ,after doing my Bachelor Of Technology in Biotechnology I shifted to Chemical Engineering.I have a keen interest in Enzyme Engineering and working on how enzymes can be used as an alternative for various industrial production and usage because sustinability is one of the major problems which we are addressing today.
