About the Authors

Rachele di Fino es licenciada en Filosof�a por la Universidad de Roma, donde inici� el curso de yoga Iyengar con la profesora Grazia Melloni. Durante su segundo a�o de formaci�n se traslad� a Barcelona, consiguiendo el diploma conferido por el Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) de Pune. Rachele ha impartido clases de yoga en muchos �mbitos, como en el teatro, la danza e incluso en el seno de un programa de recuperaci�n de adicciones. Actualmente sigue estudiando con profesores internacionales y nacionales, y posee su propio centro en Barcelona, Yoga Kosmo, en el que lleva m�s de 17 a�os impartiendo clases.

Eva Mir es profesora de yoga e ilustradora. Ha colaborado en proyectos de ilustraci�n dentro de formaciones para profesores de yoga. Desde muy peque�a sinti� una sensibilidad hacia un mundo que oscilaba entre la creaci�n art�stica y la corporal, por lo que combin� sus estudios de ilustraci�n en la Escuela Superior Serra i Abella de Barcelona con la danza, las artes circenses y el yoga. Profundiz� su conocimiento sobre el cuerpo durante los a�os que vivi� en Montreal (Canad�). En la actualidad est� centrada en la pr�ctica del yoga Iyengar y Asthanga, y realiza sus estudios en Barcelona y Rishikesh (India).
